By downloading or using Inkelle ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the standard EULA).
You retain all rights to the notes and content you create. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups (e.g. via iCloud).
The optional AI features require your own DeepSeek API key and your explicit consent before any note text is sent to DeepSeek. Your use of DeepSeek is additionally subject to DeepSeek's own terms. You are responsible for any costs DeepSeek charges for your key, and for the suitability of AI-generated output, which may be inaccurate.
Do not use the app to violate any law or to infringe others' rights. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Keep backups.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
